User Accounts Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding their passwords. Clastique may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Buying on Clastique Buyers agree to review listings carefully before purchasing. Payments are processed through approved payment providers. Buyers should communicate promptly with sellers regarding any issues. Selling on Clastique Sellers are responsible for accurately describing items, using original photographs where appropriate, shipping purchased items promptly, complying with applicable laws, and honoring marketplace policies. Prohibited Items Clastique reserves the right to prohibit listings that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with the marketplace's focus on authentic vintage and collectible items. Returns and Disputes Return policies will be displayed on applicable listings. Buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve disputes directly. Clastique may assist with dispute resolution where appropriate but is not the seller of listed items. Intellectual Property Users may only upload content they own or have permission to use. Copyright and trademark infringement is prohibited. Limitation of Liability Clastique provides the marketplace platform but is generally not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clastique's liability is limited as described in the final published Terms. Changes to These Terms Clastique may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the marketplace after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
